My name is Christina George and along with my business partner Claire Scipio we run a small mobile catering outlet, specialising in baked potatoes.

We offer a selection of hot and cold fillings- chilli, mixed bean casserole (v), beans, bacon, mushrooms, sausage, cheese, coleslaw, tuna, sweetcorn and onion, most of them home-made and sourced from local suppliers. We also offer a choice of cold drinks, tea, coffee and hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, snacks and cakes, hopefully offering enough choice to keep everyone happy.

Below, is a photo of ourselves which was taken at Stithians show last year. As you can see we are not the usual type of catering trailer and feel we fit in nicely at any country fair, show or event.



Claire and I are both mums to young children and felt there was a gap in the market for healthy, hearty and home made food on days out. We both hold Level 2 Food Safety Certificates, are fully insured and have current Gas Safety Certificates for 'The Tatey Box'.

KERNOW CHEF:

Hello and welcome to KERNOW CHEF a small family run mobile catering business.
We started running our little burger van outside Tesco at Wadebridge 12 months ago which progressed into purchasing a donut trailer which we use at rallies bootsales and party's.
We have just pushed the boat out and added the van you see in the picture to our collection so we can now add chips to our menu of bacon egg sausage and burger baps.
We pride ourselves in selling produce (when poss) from our local butcher and baps from our local baker.
We look forward to seeing you at Hendra hopefully you may try a hot or cold drink or maybe our freshly cooked food.

WE WILL BE OPEN EARLY FOR BREAKFAST AND CLOSE LATE FOR EVENING MEALS.
